LABOR HOUSE is an innovative UX/UI project focused on labor law, aimed at bridging the gap between users and lawyers. This platform serves as a valuable tool for individuals seeking legal advice and assistance in the realm of labor law, providing a seamless and user-friendly interface for connecting with experienced legal professionals.

As a Product Owner for the LABOR HOUSE project ...
• I oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals and user needs.
• I organize and allocate tasks based on team members' strengths, monitor progress, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality standards.
• Actively participating in all phases, I facilitate stakeholder communication, manage resources, identify and mitigate risks, and prioritize a user-centric approach through research and iterative improvements. My comprehensive documentation keeps the team aligned.
